Sawmill Publishing LLC will herein be named SW. SW has the right to add, modify, or remove any digital version of their magazine at any given time without written and/or verbal consent of the visitors, members, or subscribers of the magazine. SW has the right to lookup, store, retrieve at any given time, and use for in-house purposes any inputted information that is entered in on this web site. SW has the right to void transactions at any given time without written or verbal consent of the purchaser. SW has the right to email its subscribers and members for account related inquires. SW has the right to change any content on the sawmillmag.com web site at any given time without written and or verbal consent of its visitors/members/ or subscribers. SW has the right to ban or disable access your access to the web site at any given time without any needed written and or verbal consent.
As a digital subscriber you are entitled to the following rights. You may download your digital issue as many times as needed, however the number of downloaded times is recorded and kept track of. You may use the magazine for an in-house and/or in-company purposes. You MAY NOT email the Digital PDF to anyone at anytime with or without written permission from SW. You MAY NOT put the digital PDF's on a removable media source or diskette and distribute for profit or nonprofit. You may not distribute the digital PDF to anyone except immediate legal family. You may not print the digital PDF and sell/distribute the printed copies of the magazine. You may only print the issue for your own personal or immediate legal family purposes.
By agreeing to these terms you agree to abide by every term listed on this Terms of Use document. SW Privacy Policy.
Your information submitted on SW's web site will be kept secure and only used for in-house purposes. No information will be sold, given, or traded for any profit or non-profit purposes. Any credit card information submitted on SW's web site will NOT BE STORED on SW Servers. Only information that is stored will be My Account information (ie Name, Address, City, State, ZIP, Phone, Email, Password).
Credit Card payments are processed through a Merchant Bank Account called YourPay. They are branched off the corporate offices of Visa. They process any payment information and control what is charged to your account. If a security breech is made from YourPay, YourPay will notify you and instruct you to the proper actions to help protect your credit. That is of course an unlikely event, however if it does happen, SW will disable all checkout payment process systems that are attached to YourPay until the problem has been fixed. At no time will SW be open when we know your personal information is at risk.
